Guests - Maximum overnight guests 8 adults

Check In is at 2pm / Check Out is at 11am 

Guests are Responsible for and damage to the cottage and property during their stay

Pets - No Pets allowed

Smoking - No Smoking allowed inside cottage and if this rule is violated, the guest will be charged a $500 cleaning fee.

Fireworks - No Fireworks Allowed on property

Fish - No Fish Cleaning on property

ID - Government-issued photo identification and credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges.
